How do I arrange a repair?

Simply turn up at our one of iCare centres and we will see you without an appointment. This will include a quick chat with one of our engineers so we can get a good idea of the fault your having with your machine. If however you would like to speak to us before dropping off your machine please feel to call or e-mail us beforehand to discuss any aspect of your repair.

What’s the cost?

Assessment charges are discussed before booking your machine into the service department by the engineer as an assessment charge may apply.  An engineer will assess the machine and provide you with a written quote. Standard charges for assessment will apply for both accepted and rejected quotes.

If your machine is under the 12-month warranty or Apple Care then the repair will be carried out free of charge. This does not include user abuse including water damage.

Parking Facilities

We have parking at all our centres. As well as many car parks within a very short walking distance. If you need assistance carrying your equipment simply call ahead and we’ll collect it from your vehicle.
